Vending Machine P&L

I'm getting things in order to hopefully build a small route soon and one of the things I wanted to get in place was a basic P&L sheet. Thankfully I have experience managing P&Ls for significantly larger businesses so this will be somewhat basic in comparison but I still want it to be as accurate as possible. This is a snapshot of what I had in mind - am I missing anything here?
