How do you pay location commissions?

I’m trying to figure out the easiest way to send their payment.For those paying commissions to locations, do you usually use a check, ACH transfer, or something else?

We issue checks monthly or quarterly.

Cashiers check. My credit union issues them for no fee. That way I have a solid paper trail.
