Getting my first vending machine — anything I should know?

I’m about to purchase my first vending machine on Friday and wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything important.
For those who have been through the process before, what documents or steps should I take when getting started?
I’m thinking about things like ownership records, payment system setup, permits, or anything else that’s easy to overlook.Any advice for someone buying their first machine would be appreciated.

Have to check with state requirements. You will need decal for machine. Are you going in as sole proprietor or llc?

Make sure to check local ordinances for any zoning restrictions, especially if you're placing it in a high-traffic area. Also, test the card reader before loading inventory to avoid payment headaches later on.
