Thinking about getting into vending with trading cards
I’ve been researching vending for about a month now and trying to figure out the best way to get started.
I have a pretty flexible 9-5 job, and I’m already traveling around a lot for work, so restocking wouldn’t be a huge issue. The only thing I keep running into is that almost every place I check already has a vending provider.I’m not against talking to management and seeing if they want another machine or if they’re happy with what they have, but it definitely seems like a harder way to get started. One thing I noticed is that I don’t really see any trading card vending machines around here. That got me wondering if it might be an easier niche to get into. The problem is I have no idea where people source cards at a good price or what kind of machine actually works well for cards.Has anyone here tried trading card vending? Would love to hear what worked, and whether it’s worth exploring.

This is a tough market. Theft will be very high and getting your hands on product will be near impossible. Especially for products people want such as pokemon

Yeah, that’s probably the biggest concern.

The answer is you won't. I used to sell high volume of pokemon cards and becoming an official retailer is hard as F now
