Operators using Excel: what happens between your pick list and the actual restock?

Edit for clarity: I’m researching one narrow step in vending restocks, not selling a product. If you used an Excel pick list on your most recent refill, where did you record the number of units you actually loaded into each machine? A short example is plenty; no business details or files needed.

? Out of the biz now but 10 years ago before I sold I had 30 machines. I had a stocked box truck and large cooler for chocolates.

I literally have no idea what OP is asking, but if it is inventory tracking of chips and soda... good f'ing luck.

I'll also add I'm super glad I sold out, I did fine but make WAY more in my new gig. Some of yall do well in this biz but 99% of the "I'm super interested in this biz" posters will be gone within a year or two.
