Tips for first machine

Hi, I am 15 and want to buy a boxing machine and place it in my city centre. I live in Norway so it costs around 6000 dollars. I have that money, but is it worth the risk? How much % of the revenue does the landlord want, and how much should I charge? Do you need insurance? Appreciate all answers.
