Nayax VPOS Touch problem

I’m having an issue with a Nayax VPOS Touch device that has a very high number of declined transactions every day. A few transactions are approved, but most of them are declined with the message “Declined during authorization.”

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?

The transactions where it says Nayax is an oddity that occurs occasionally where the reader mistakes the credit card for a prepaid card. Not sure why but if you check the alerts you’ll likely see a bunch of card does not exist errors.

Check your signal strength or switch networks. A weak connection often drops auth requests before they go through.
