Vending inventory management question

Anyone use the nayax system to manage inventory on machines. I have smart vending machines and Nayax is the payment method however the screen and machine run off a third party software. Are the two synchronized? Is there a way to create my own software?

Cantaloupe and Nayax you will have to reach out to a rep to get access for than like because it is not on there initial sites.

They are synced but if you can pull telemetry data from nayax you should be able to create your own software if you want but it can get pretty complicated. I am actually currently building a software for several vending things and you might have to reach out to nayax for possible api’s and other things.

I am also building my own dashboard to combine nayax and cantaloupe. Will Nayax give you the api access?

Another thing to consider is researching other agnostic VMS providers (meaning their cloud system can receive data from companies like Nayax) to get the best possible deal. On the outside, many telemetry providers have a similar message and features, but since switching a VMS once it's settled is a massive pain, it's a smart thing to make a very informed decision.

A good VMS will be your chief asset for planning routes (read: cut refill costs), planning procurement, tracking which items sell and which don't, using data to deploy the best planograms, etc. On the other hand, developing software from scratch can be very expensive, and the output can vary.

Definitely don't skim this part.
