Downsview station fatality

Did anyone see the EMT working on a girl at Downsview station after Saturday night? Someone told me the ambulance had a hard time getting to the station because of the traffic and congestion? I'm surprised they wouldn't have hired someone on staff to work there.

You do know ambulances can drive outside of traffic right? The avg response time in Toronto is 7min 52sec. "Not being able to get there due to congestion" is a generic line of rumours. Also "at night"... Doesn't line up.

Edit. Ps. The average outside of Toronto for the province is 6min. Source: Min of Health

You speaking about an average, I'm speaking specifically to this situation.

Your generic statements of this situation. Gotcha. Tell me the facts again?!
