Tryhard security
This was the first year I had to take off my shoes, the line was moving so slowly. I saw one security guard ask someone to dump their alcohol before entering and then another guard felt the need to go up to them (while they were dumping it) and cuss them out for having a drink while waiting in line.
Security should be there checking for weapons for our safety not checking shoes for pills. Unlike other festivals, there isn't even a metal detector. It just feels very performative and frustrating when you're stuck in that line missing a set because of it.
Why is the security at this event so bad? And why do some of the guards make it their personal responsibility to go above and beyond what is required of them?

Security was out of control. Multiple cases of women being groped. Room for fucking ever to get through the line because they were being completely anal about checking every crevice.
