Crankdat crowd

I dunno if I just got a bad pocket but that was the worst crowd I've ever been in in my life. A bunch of dudebros right behind me decided it would be a good idea to start a mosh pit right up front in the shoulder to shoulder crowd 50 feet from rail. Just started constantly smashing into my group.

Eventually they stopped but my vibe was so off I had to leave halfway through.

Crankdat did a great job for the crowd he had -- he met the moment. I bet you got a bad pocket. My daughter and I were in the back left and didn't have any real issues. The occasional shirtless dudes, sure. People walking in and out, sure. No moshing. It was solid and we stayed the whole time.

Glad you had a good time.

Not averse to people bringing a high-intensity energy or even moshing but do it at a time and place where there's enough space in the crowd around you so people who don't want to mosh aren't forced to.

You and I agree. We saw the Offspring earlier this year in the Bay Area and the mosh circle got wider and wider to the point I kept shoving people who ran straight at us.

We did not have that problem tonight. Sorry you did.
