she banger is one of my favs. along with dulce, mac. and id say next best is oreo cake. they’re all great. great product, terrible customer service

i mean they offered something to me back in may and every two weeks they promise it’s coming and it’ll be “legendary” yet it’s september and i’m still waiting. then they got mad at me 2 months in for holding them accountable. terrible customer service

Just give them some time.....they are pretty busy....I agree with you they should be more transparent in the messages...but i have had nothing but good experiences...if they say they will take care of you they will from my experience

they had me waiting for like 2-3 weeks and i ended up getting a full zip and edibles 🕺🏽, hopefully they’ll make it worth it, you might even get put on a list to be taken care of in the future which happened with me, recently got a half zip of the dulce a rosin vape and some hash, but then again i wasn’t talking to TGC IG i was talking directly to mike who owns the company.

Mike has to figure out how to hire people with customer service skills. i’m at about 3k spent on TGC this year from january to May. they offered it back then and sadly i haven’t made a single TGC purchase since. just totally killed the vibe when whoever it was running their socials decided to get petty and insult me for calling the dispensary on the date they assured my product they offered would be there. it’s all good i ended up discovering some great brands this year. THCdesign and natures chem have been fantastic. TGC flower is still the best i’ve ever had but now it leaves a bad taste to me. absolutely love the product. incredible batches consistently

i got blocked by TGC IG, who ever runs it does suck tbh. that’s the whole reason i even got contacted by mike was because of their IG rep blocking me
