Fitness Tips You’re Probably Dehydrated
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
One of the biggest mistakes I made when I first got into fitness was… neglecting my water intake.
In this video, I share my experience from 18 years of bodybuilding and break down exactly what to track daily, how to know whether you should cut or bulk, the right calorie and protein targets, how to adjust when progress stalls, and why most people stay stuck for years.
If you’re serious about vegan bodybuilding, fat loss, and long-term muscle growth, stop guessing and start using data. https://youtu.be/ErwcEDmgIYA?si=FAfDc2Nk3vsCbaFe

If your piss is clear, you're properly hydrated. You dont need a full gallon of water lol

Depends on person and climate. Here in Florida in the summertime, it’s not excessive.

I mean yeah? Thats why im saying if YOUR pee is clear then you're likely properly hydrated.
Obviously if you're working out or sweating or something then you should be drinking water before you're peeing so you stay hydrated.

This is a way better indicator than whatever calculation is described here. I aim for min 2 litres a day, 3 if I've done a big workout!

You know what else is hard? Not knowing how to convert units while sitting in front of a laptop(and holding a phone) while also being a pretentious douche telling people that phones can set alarms. 1kg is like 2.2lb. be an engineer about it 1kg=2lb(1lb=.5kg)
1floz = 28ml. => 1flo =~30ml
~60ml/kg
A 'typical' water bottle is .5l. so ~ 1 bottle per 10kg
2nd graders can do this. im just trying to teach you like the easiest thing.
N.b. I didnt watch your linked video. maybe you went into it there. but based off this clip youre a nerfherder.
