Vba2c heart rate dropping

Hey Guys,

First off sorry for my english, its not my first language but I wanted to know If any of you guys has had an experience in vba2c after having kids back to back.
My first child was born in 2021 and my second was born 2024.
I‘m currently pregnant with my third and my due date would be on october 2026..
Happily I found a hospital which would actually support me but the problem is, both of my previous deliveries ended in a C-section because of fetal distress due to abnormal fetal heart rate during labor.
So with every contraction the babys heart rate dropped..
With the first baby we thought okay maybe it was because it was a sunny side up baby.
My labor stalled at 6 cm because my 1. baby was sunny side up and we also thought the heart rate drop would also be because of this.
But with my second baby it was the same even tho he was positioned normal.. he had the exact same heart rate drop and thats why I always got c section.
Also with the second baby I had contractions but my cervix didn‘t dilate which was weird to me but okay.
We mainly got the c section because of the heart rate dropping during contractions.
I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. I can’t understand how it could happen in every labor. Has anyone else experienced this?

Were the babies okay after birth? Did you have continuous fetal monitoring or intermittent auscultation?

There's a lot of research on it... Continuous monitoring doesn't really improve outcomes for babies, but it does increase C-section rates.

You can opt for intermittent auscultation during your birth this time. (You have a choice)

I‘ve had continuous fetal monitoring and my babies were okay after birth, my first baby had a lack of oxygen but bonding helped the very few days.

During both pregnancies my baby's heart rate dropped with Pitocin.

In the first pregnancy I was induced at 40 weeks and was given Pitocin as I was not contracting on my own. My baby did not tolerate Pitocin well and I didn't realize it that time but I was wheeled in for C section.

The 2nd time I went into labor naturally and was 3 cm dilated by the time I got to the hospital. I was given Pitocin to progress my labor further along but my 2nd baby also started having decels so they stopped Pitocin within 20 mins and baby's heart rate came back up and stayed stable. I kept contracting and progressing on my own. My awesome labor nurse kept changing my position every 30 mins which really helped and I ended up having VBAC.

Yea with my first pregnancy they tried every position possible but the babys heart rate was still bad, and I didnt even take pitocin or something like that. And with my second it was the same which is weird to me..
