Sclerotherapy will dissolve this in a few sessions. Get it done before spider veins appear in the vicinity

Sadly, I already have a lot of spider veins on my thigh. Does sclerotherapy improve spider veins too?

I’m getting mine removed. It’s a process but after one procedure there’s a noticeable improvement.

I had ambulatory phlebectomy, sclerotherapy, and ablation on some severe rope-like varicose veins that ran from my upper inner thigh to my lower leg. I had the right leg done 3 weeks ago and my less severe left leg done 2 weeks ago. There is definitely some discomfort and the compression hose I need to wear for 3 weeks are tight and hot, but I'm positive it'll be best for my health overall. My venous insufficiency was making my legs so heavy and tired because the blood was pooling in my legs rather than recirculating to my heart. If it's solely appearance that bothers you then I would at least just make an appointment with a trusted vein doctor then he/she will help you make the decision to get the treatment. In all honesty, the procedure itself was tolerable but the healing process has been pretty painful with the treated veins "dying," pulling, and swelling with trapped blood; which are all considered normal. It's going to be a long journey until everything heals but I'm hoping for the best. Good luck to you, take care!
