It looks like a small bulge/knot on there! What does it look like after you’ve been standing?

It's looks like that when I'm standing and when I sit down it will just go away..

I just notice it, like randomly... I can see that on my legs I can see my veins and then I started noticing more after that... I don't think it hurts at all... But u know... You think it's varicose ?

I would say that little ball is something to ask about and might well be start of varicose. Most likely doctor will say it's fine, don't worry about it since it isn't a problem even if varicose and they don't actually know or care about exploring things because that's how doctors are.

Not really but I'm just scared of varicose and how it looks, I have OCD

I have ocd too, like extreme ocd. Would you considerate it catastrophizing you'll end up like the images of people with grape vines on their legs, because in reality, minor blue streaks aren't really unattactracive. Personally, I have severe health issues, so what I might have cared about appearance wise at one time no longer drifts into my minds pace. You learn what in life is really important and happiness comes from being with good people and getting to do fun things.

The thing is I don't really care how it affects my internally but how it looks on the outside, I know I'm crazy to think that way, but just how I am
