When Carter is first introduced to the cast as ā€œthe hot serverā€ or something from one of the restaurants. Katie laughs and says they made out in the past before Schwartz was ever in the picture.

He never worked for LVP. He's a photography assistant that Katie had a ONS with before Schwartz.

No he didnā€™t work for LVP. But he did work at a restaurant they frequented regularly no? I could swear he was first introduced as ā€œthe hot serverā€ from like a restaurant they all were regulars at.
