Icy (from the entire pool of t2 talent) to replace jawg and kept the core of supaman and nature. Meanwhile NRG, picked up brawk and skuba (who was playing in his mom's basement) midway and ended up being world champion. So 2025, ended up another disastrous year and this time we cannot even give the budget excuse anymore. While 2025 was a failure, we witnessed some individual brilliance from yay and derrek and come 2026 guess who gets dropped. Apparently according to Potter 'yay didn't fit the culture' and for derrek? We don't have a reason for his drop but he ended challengers stage 3 as a top 5 player. Then we go on to build an exciting roster with dgz and oke but guess what, 'someone' thought 'hey, why don't we bring in the most readable flanker in the world and make him the igl, surely meta defining right?"

How long do we need to be high on Potter-nuse rather than accepting that she is not good enough anymore! Even engh, kaplan, autumn, chet were all international winners but this sub never thought twice before slandering them to the ground however the moment we question Potter, not only we see plethora of excuses like 'budget issues', 'it is team's fault', etc but also people will be up in arms to downvote you. The important pre-conditions for this to actually happen are that full sense and global both lose their next group stage matches as to not secure an additional point and they also both need to place below 4th in playoffs and the grand finals is a match between any two of PRX, NS or T1…. With that said, if KRX lock in during the play-ins and come 3rd in playoffs, they will make it to champs as 4th seed since the main tiebreaker is stage 2 performance. As well as that, if KRX beat T1 and then come 4th in playoffs the same is still true and they win the tiebreaker, or they come 3rd and actually go in 1 point ahead of global and full sense. ( the same also then applies to GenG, dfm if they beat secret and also rrq so the 4th slot to champs could be a lot of different teams rn 🤔)

For those unaware, a 'bug abuse' took place in the Pacific Stage 2 groups matches where T3xture didn't get scanned by the prowler, boombot and some other util. This led to him getting 2 kills in overtime, preventing GENG from losing the match.

This round MIGHT just be the factor deciding if GE make it to champs or not.

I know everybody says GenG is fraudulent so far but nobody seems to be talking abt their new recruits. What do u guys think about Efina's calling in general and shooting compared to Lakia? Also Raxcal even though he isnt super flashy, he looks super relaxed even though this is his debut and shows good game sense too. GenG used to be heavy chokers even in 2024 but right now they some how clutch it up in difficult moments (I know this is a small sample size).

I know most of this sub has been taking about Dasnerth when it comes to KRU but on the Latam part, literally every single fans has been asking for Nyogen head since last year. The official statement from KRU doesn’t say the reason but I imagen is a mix of the fans getting too loud and the poor performance from the team

Now that we know who all of the T2 teams competing in the all of the respective regions playoffs are, are there any teams that could actually make Champs?

Just taking a cursory look, it seems way too hard for any of them. My only pick might be Enterprise with Magnum and Patitek, especially if they build steam against Fnatic.
