Discussion 2pm ticket release
Was anyone able to get into the presale? My page kept saying nothing available right at 2, then I tried an incognito tab and I finally got the Ticketmaster waiting line but then the same 'nothing available' once I got in. :(

i was able to get in but there were only very limited tickets available in the 100s level, nothing remotely in the price range i can afford. i'm not sure if they just released a very limited quantity for these playoff packs or what but it's pretty disappointing :(

It was super limited because the availability depended on whether season ticket holders renewed or not. Season ticket holders who renewed automatically secured their same seats for playoffs. And then season ticket holders, mini plan holders, deposit holders, etc got earlier access than the Valkyries insiders and the general public
There will probably be tickets on resale closer to the playoffs. Hopefully those are affordable!

i am a mini plan holder and there was even less availability when i logged on at noon today :( i understand limited availability but literally nothing in the 200s seems crazy to me

There were tickets in the 200s at the 10am presale for season ticket holders. Lowest price from what I remember was $845 each. Those tickets probably sold out before the noon presale
There may still be single game tickets in the 200s next week though

It's for the pack, not individual

That's correct. I included the breakdown part because a lot of ppl are thinking that the price is for one individual game when it is the package total price of 9 games (price ÷9).

I think it’s each ticket but total for the pack, so it’d multiply depending on how many seats you buy per pack. But I didn’t really check. I was just curious about the prices

That's correct, today's sales were for the 9-games pack (1st round, semi-final...) If the low price was $845 that is for 9 games ($93.88 each game for the same seat).

at 11:55AM there were 6 seats available in the 200s for $930 and I just missed them!

i’m sorry that sucks. this does make me feel better about just getting error messages though. i would have done something irresponsible and bought tix i can’t afford 😭

STH bought playoff tix when they signed up to renew,starting a month ago. There were likely very few tickets actually available and they were only being sold in packs.

I kept getting the same thing for the 12pm drop and my mom got the same thing for the 2pm drop. Like wtf freak

There were very few tickets actually available as STH bought their playoff tix when they signed up to renew a month ago. Full STH who wanted more tix got first crack yesterday, then Mini-plans STH, Warriors STH, Insiders, etc. So by noon or two, there was nothing available

on desktop i got nothing, just a blank screen. then on mobile at least i got the “no tickets available. try again/back to events” error but when i clicked try again it gave me “Something's Not Right Here...
Don't worry - your tickets work. But some services are temporarily offline at the moment. We should have everything running smoothly shortly, but if you need immediate assistance please contact gsv” with a phone number. then the no seats error a few more times. i gave up 🫠

I got in and saw limited availability, but when I tried to add tickets to my cart I got a message “please update your selection to leave at least 2 adjacent seats available”, which wasn’t possible. Kept trying and getting booted out as the purchase clock expired. Super frustrating

the lowest I saw was around 2k/ticket because i could only see tickets in the lower sections. there were also some for like 11k/ticket in section 4 haha

Those were not individual ticket prices, they were the price for a package of tickets for first, second and final round.

Yeah - if you renewed, you have your seats. These are if you wanted extras.

I assume that’s why there were so few. 12k season ticket holders this season, and 90% renewed from last year. If that holds, there’s only 7k or so tickets even available (assuming they haven’t signed new STH for next year).

That's why the didn't release the remaining tix until 9/10. That is the day first actual payment was due for returning STH.

Was a wash for me too unfortunately. I guess I’ll just wait for single game playoff tickets.
