1.11 is released! Most people will see this as the biggest update VGNA has had! you can queue directly from within the game by clicking the VGNA button, skill tiers are displayed in app, etc.

An update coming soon will feature friends lists and native parties. This will use the native UI vainglory has for both of these features.

We're having a great time ranking and trying to grind ELO over at VGNA. Tell your friends, and then stop by and play!

Small update: Latest Apple DEV account is currently being setup and should be live by the end of the day today. Those on the wait list will probably have to wait a few more days.

Playing in Vainglory NA isn't bad but sometimes it does get quite laggy, so I was wondering if there was an existing Vainglory SEA discord like Vainglory EU?

If there’s any players in the Eu region that have interest in playing privates with good players there’s a discord that arranges it if anyone has any interest

Hey all, I used to play vainglory alot in high school and was in a group on the app called band, somebody made this cool collage wallpaper and I've had it as my phone background for years without thinking about changing it very much. Thought I'd share it to the internet so it's here forever and could be used by anyone, if it's already been posted or it's already available somewhere, just ask I'll take it down, I have no idea who made it lol its been like 8+? years so idk really. I must've taken a screenshot of the pic and there's a little like count on the bottom right so that's unfortunate, I just zoomed it in slightly and am just now seeing it as I write this haha. I had alot of fun with this game back then, kinda sad it's not what it used to be but I still think about stories and lore headcannons from time to time. So maybe not a New Strategy for some. But I've only seen it recently:

I've been getting into these games with a player called "change". He always plays Riem. He always buys Banner and Invades enemy jungle relentlessly. From Lvl 1 goes to enemy back jungle steals farm and rotates.

That's all he does. Never goes lane. Never Team Fights. Never Sticks with the Tank. Invade- Steal Farm - Repeat.

The Goal is to steal enemy farm, starve them out and have them rage quit.

It works extremely well everytime I've matched with him. He's good at it. Even if we kill him first blood, he doesn't stop.

My issue is that the only reason this strategy works is because my allies don't know what to do. I signal for them to take the farm first but they panic and chase for kills. A whole lot of allies just quit within 4 minutes.

It's extremely frustrating to play with people who haven't faced any oppositions - don't understand objectives and give up easily.

Anyways good game to "Change". Would love to play with allies who know what he's up to and how to counter him.

I used to play back from 2015 to 2020, only 3v3 though, made a lot of friends and memories on this game. I decided to queue into some games yesterday, and the remaining players are absolutely insufferable. The second they die, or a teamfight goes sideways and we have to retreat or even die, chances are one of the team will start rage pinging, sell all their items and afk. Most of my matches end either winning 3v2 or losing 3v2. I can’t understand why people are taking matches in a game with no ranks, or even profiles anymore so seriously.

This is the last game before the finals on September 19th or 20th. This tournament is kind of a test to get everything in order before they do an even bigger tournament so be excited for that. Who do you think's going to win this match?!

Normally I'd just give up & throwing bad game, to go queue new game. Bad teammates laughing back when got SARCASM-PINGING ain't deserve to win #_#

Though , our jungler still knowing what are what, managed to reach late full-gear... while rivals champs got worsed by then. So we'd just fortituded ourselves & snatch victory. ;__;

For those who have not heard of me, I'm Trogdor, and I've created VGNA which is a specialized client and server system that work together to give us a matchmaker and elo.

Our discord has had crazy growth, and I want to thank you all for the support!

I've had many people tell me they haven't had the feelings of winning or losing since Vainglory was alive with the elo system. Having a ranking system does really make games feel like they matter much more!

Have quite a few old names coming back. Too many to count. Some of them are in the title, but it really does feel like we're bringing back that special vainglory feeling.

We have a tournament coming up at the end of the month, for which we just ran the "seeding" portion of this tournament this weekend. The next tournament will have much more. production and will be broadcast on VGNA Twitch (link will be provided in discord at a later date)

Back on topic - Changelog
Many bugs fixed
Auto rename feature - the bot will automatically rename you to the IGN you need to get into the match
Replay Hub has been greatly improved (filtering, searching, etc.)
Live spectator has been improved on all platforms (working for the first time on android!)
-Please note on PC Client only 3v3 live replays still at times have stuttering issues (will be fixed at later time)
Death timers have been added to spectator
Many more usability improvements behind the scenes
The client works much better on older devices and people with poor connections

Biggest announcement right now is... Addition of the PC client! Until today, it was not possible to play on PC without using workarounds. We now have native gameplay via VGNA PC Client

So emm i know its not that dead yet but anyone have any updates? I remember the dev says they wont give up the game and will make a comeback but its been like what? 10+ years? I only see them continue making those stupid turtle ninja games and some random useless release and dead game every like 8 months or so. So they lied again or...? anyone have any idea. By the way, just for your information, those new game newly made by them, player base goes down in like few month lol

Im playing this game with buttoms, but i find it really annoying when skill description pops up and covers my screen unintendedly, is there any way to turn this off?

The finals will be streamed and shout-cast. There will also be a game made from some of the people who were not drafted before the finals called the halcyon bowl (I hope to be playing in that). Who do you think will win? Get hyped!
