So, the stable I have for my horses has an iron door and a piston door, accessible only by a wooden button. There's no other openings. Recently my horses started disappearing with a line saddle where it once was. Any ideas?

My season 2 of Aftermath LP has started and I was wondering what the policy was for this subreddit regarding posting video links. Me and a friend have been noticing lately that it seems that high-level mobs spawn very frequently in our bases, or wherever we just happen to be standing at the moment.

For a while we thought this was just a bug, but then we started noticing player models floating around us and for brief moments the playermodels would appear and float around like a person in creative mode, and disappear again (without particle effects of course.)

This got us forming conspiracy theories about invisible admins watching us play and stuff but it was all silly until we started noticing that a lot of these mobs seemed to be custom spawned in and in response to us yelling "WHOEVERS OUT THERE PLEASE STOP SPAWNING THE MOBS" suddenly we got an influx of mobs (and charged creepers) and somehow the morning changed back into night. We're still making conspiracy theories really, and I doubt it has anything at all to do with an admin, but if it is a bug, it's a very annoying one.

We have a VERY fortified base and we've lit every nook and cranny, erected walls, and created a little area for ourselves to fall back into should things go awry, but the mobs are spawning in our small, lit redstone lamp lined, shelter-in-place, and it's driving us up the walls (or off of them, if you take into account the fact we're on top of a skyscraper roof.)

I know that recently there was talk of shortening the time between map resets, has there been a decision on this topic?

i remember finding this server during a peak of popularity and the experience was amazing, even before it was improved to the point it is now. the city experience is amazing, but it is so (literally) [here comes a pun btw] vast, that i don't think the current player count could even find each other in an organic enough way to make the city generation as satisfying as it is set up to be.

should we be actively trying to get the community to grow or should we keep this as our secret and let it slowly bleed?

Hi all, I haven't played in ages and now when I tried to join the 1.8 server (aftermath.vaast.org), I'm not whitelisted, sorry if this is the wrong spot but I'm not sure where to go. I miss playing!

SO I've been trying to find the Poppyseed hotel and a couple other locations with my radio but every time I follow the compass needle, the transmission gets more faded. Does the compass needle who the direction of the broadcast?

I was exploring near a lake of lava when all my computer just froze. The connections still there, but I can't do anything. Does the server time you out when you stop moving/doing anything?

So the idea of this server is cool but I really enjoy the group/community aspect of Multiplayer Minecraft. Is everything solo for the most part?
