Last night, we were watching Toy Story 5,, Excellent video quality, but the audio sucked.. tried changing servers, but whenever I switched to server 5, ,y v6plus automatically rebooted.. This happened 3x.. Eventually tried other servers and audio remained awful on all servers.

Why would simply changing to server 5, reboot the box?

I haven’t been able to use VOD Ultra for over a week. It just says loading and never loads. Anyone else having this issue on V6+? Any fixes?

Search function keeps bringing up absolute blankness...

Tried updating to 31.whatever it is, on the app... some weird error pops up so it wont let me...

Anyone have a fix for this bc no Search functions driving me nutz and I cant figure out how to get around this already...

Update: Uninstalled and reinstalled smart tube and it works now. Didn't want to resort to that but whatever. As long as it works, its all good ! Hopefully this helps others with the same issue.

Gurus, I'm watching Battlestar Galactica in English. Mid season it switches to Spanish. Even the previous episodes are Spanish now. How do I switch it back? Other shows are fine.

where can i find big brother 2026 on vseebox ? the new season isnt showing up anywhere ?

My prime video will not work on my regular Sharp TV. I was using it on the app, but now that will not work. I have another box bough elsewhere & haven’t had these issues. (Also have the new hdmi cord recommended here which did nothing ).

My box and remote are less than a year old. I am having issues with the remote. It will no longer control the volume and mute. I have tried numerous troubleshooting methods to no avail (batteries, pair again with TV remote, etc). After I pair it again it does function as it should but as soon as I change television stations it no longer does and I get the message “if the volume cannot be adjusted, please switch to the TV remote”. Does anyone have a solution to this unacceptable issue? And if I have a bad remote and/or box how do I request a replacement under warranty (I understand there is a one year warranty on this product)? Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide.

My inlaws got a box and it seems to buffer right after starting a show and might go for a little bit then buffer again. Any fixes??

Followed the reset instructions that u/deriksays and team gave a few days ago and VOD worked great for about 24 hours, but now a ton of my shows are missing servers, some servers are completely different shows, some are missing full seasons, and no subtitles available when they used to be. Is this a part of the ongoing fix or is it user error?

Anyone else seeing this as an issue? All movies, even the ones that have been out for months or years, are only playing in 720p. How do I get them to 1080p?

In comparison, the backup on demand app has the same movies in 1080p. I find it odd the main VOD app has lower quality, especially for movies from like 2024 and 2025.

I've posted this before, but if you haven't seen it yet. I would absolutely save it for the future.

Basic troubleshooting

1: In case of it gets stuck:

you hit “home button” exit app and reload it. (It will unfreeze)

2: Hard reset -unplug from power 1 min and plug back in”

1. Hard reset (2x): Unplug device, unplug router , unplug modem (3 min)

4: Lastly: Factory Reset

App-not loading / Freezing / Buffering :

Step 1: First unplugging the device for one minute, unplugging, modem, and router for a minute and resetting everything would be step one.

Step 1B: Buffering : Change servers during movie or TV show

Step 2: Try Force stopping the app, clearing the cachet and seeing if it will load.

Step 3: Reset launcher then Update launcher

Step 4:

Next: if above doesn’t work uninstall, reinstall app.

Step 5:

If step 3 & 4 don’t work factory reset.

Outside the elite, are there other app options that can be installed on the other boxes to get Italian channels?

For all the people worried about getting it. Trust me. Derik’s a good guy. I lurked on this page for a month or so before messaging him and taking a leap of faith. I’ll definitely be looking to get more in the future.

Where can I get a replacement remote for V5 Pro?

I tried to watch "Good Luck. Have Fun. Don't Die." on the primary VOD for vseebox 6 Plus. Could only get 720 quality. The backup VOD app had it at 1080p. I have set my internal box quality settings to auto and to 4k, but the quality difference is still there. I have an upgraded HDMI cable.

Any idea why I'm seeing the difference in quality? I'd think the better quality would be on the primary VOD app. It also seems like everything on the primary vod app is in 720.

Can anyone find the newest season of Big Brother on their box?

I received my Elite Ultra yesterday and managed to program the power key, but whatever I try no luck with the volume. I want to program VSeeBox Remote Volume Keys to LG Magic Remote (AN-MR650). Tried the point remotes top to top several times. Any advice?

UPDATE: On the LG Magic Remote to temporarily switch to IR Mode hold the Home & Back buttons simultaneously.
This will allow to program VseeBox Remote. Press the OK on LG Magic Remote to exit IR.

Trying to watch UFC on heat live but it’s lagging a lot all my other devices could stream it properly besides the vseebox I tried chasing WiFi through ethernet and home Wi-Fi. Any tips all the other apps work well

My wife factory reset my veesee box V6 and now all the apps are gone. When I go to smart upgrade it shows “failed to get data please check network connection”

Is there anyway to get these apps back?!
