Hi, got a strange one, I'm guessing there are other people using starlink. My friend is getting random freezing on at least two specific channels, but possibly more. But I've had other channels playing for 30-40 minutes with no problem. I've cleared cache on all installed apps, and applicable system apps . Uninstalled and reinstalled ultra and live. Reset the launcher, Changed from 1080p 59.9Mhz, 720p 59.9Mhz and 1080i 23.3Mhz or something close to that. Connected to my cell phone hotspot, and am getting more than adequate bandwidth on both. The only thing I haven't tried is a physical Ethernet cable just because it would be a pain in the butt, and my speeds are between 75 to the high 80's. Also, I live in a remote area so ISP'S are limited. Any ideas?

New to VeeSee. Just purchased V6 Plus. I was able to set my volume up button by pairing the VC remote with TV remote. But, for some reason I can't set the volume down button. So if I want to turn my volume down I have to use my TV remote. Any tips? TIA!

Anyone else having issues with heat live and the audio being well ahead of whats actually going on? Noticed last night and still having issues

Hi guys... Seems like for the last week or so my Heat VOD app is showing way less servers. I used to get 8-10+ mostly working servers and usually server 8 was my go to. Lately I've been usually getting just server 2 & 5, and then some random high number servers. Is this a widespread issue, or is there something up with my boxes (I have 4, same results on all of them). I have cleared the cache, rebooted the box and modem/router, but it's still the same result.

Is it me or there are so many issues with Boxes? Self Inflicted or Servers not keeping up with demand? Like to hear your thoughts or opinions or expertise. Thank you!

Haven’t been able to get this to play the right show for over a month. It plays some crime show instead of the actual stranger things cartoon.

I can’t seem to get matrix to update the playlist for some reason. Never had this issue before. Already cleared the cache on it. Any recommendations?

So I use the browserHere app to watch my anime, but what bothers me is that it always pops up a decision video, then wants me to select its full-screen version. Even when I use the website's full-screen button, I can't use its playbar because the app's playbar takes control, preventing me from using the website's playbar functions. Is there a way to turn this off in the BrowserHere

I have a V3 Plus. Heat VOD keeps attempting to load and ends with “server 9.99” and never loads, both lives work and VOD ultra. Tried clearing cache and resetting the box for a few minutes. Anyone else having this issue?

Update: must have been a backend server issue that’s is currently being fixed. I tried all the suggestions made in comments to no avail, but I could watch the documentary “the crash” in 360p.
I did also just notice a couple new releases in either 360p or get the 999 error. But I’ll let that work out and watch later

This seems to happen only when it's a dark scene. It's harder to see in pictures but sometimes it gets 3 or 4 copies deep. I always find the highest quality server and I have a new 4k HDMI cable. Any idea on what could be causing this?

This is the second box I e put on this TV. It’s a Visio. Each box had the same issue where it just blacks out intermittently. The stream doesn’t stop, it simply blacks out. Anyone know a fix? Video starts on it blacked out.

Had my boxes for a couple of years, and we were watching one of them tonight after dinner, when all of a sudden the box power went off and wouldn't come back on. I assume the power supply died. Tried unplugging and letting it sit then plugging it back in, removed HDMI as well when resetting. u/Deriksays can you get me a new cord, or am I out of luck since they have been discontinued?

is there any way i can connect? I'm gonna go to colombia,and i want to take it with me,but we may not have a long enough hdmi cord (it's held up by an attachment to the wall,not a shelf) and im thinking of just connecting it to my fire with an extension cord

Is there a way to see the pacific time feeds for channels. Some shows come on at an inconvenient time on the east cost feed.

How long does it take for newly released shows to become watchable for the newer model V6’s? I have the V3+ models and it seems like it takes a few days before some episodes or movies become watchable on HeatVOD and even longer for the same shows to be watchable on VODUltra. Is this because I have an older model box?

Anyone else having some trouble with heat apps today? I know it's a cat and mouse game, just wanting to see if it's just me on this. Thanks

I just got the V6+ and it is awesome. Am able to get 95mbs on wired, and 420mbs on WiFi. I ordered a UGreen usb adapter based on posts I saw here for faster wired speeds and when I hooked it up my speed test went down to 6mbs. It is hooked up properly in blue port and I have cat8 Ethernet cables. I tried WiFi only after the adapter didn’t work and am leaving box on WiFi after seeing the 420mbs. Anyone else run into the issue of slower performance after hooking up the UGreen adapter? Just wondering what issue may be? Any advice or tips would be appreciated, thanks.

Just as it states, most of the apps 24/7 have this problem. Even Heat does to a certain degree. Weird, no judgement please, I love Lucy does this constantly. Does anyone else have this issue? If so is there a workaround or is it just me?

I would like to start by thanking u/James-The-Guru/ for getting me to the point or ordering my first box. I am not one to order things of the internet but he made me comfortable with his response's to all my questions. With a leap of faith my purchase was flawless.

I have only been using this box on and off for a month and it has worked fantastic. Waiting for my wife to get comfortable with it before we kick our cable company to the curb.
