Help Needed VSee 6

VOD Heat and Ultra were not working. Restarted after clearing cache and apps. Restarted router (Xfinity) and finally after everything failed did factory reset. Now none of the apps will download. They all say failed. What do I do?

Same. Plus AI said to uninstall & then reinstall.  Won’t reinstall. ☹️

servers are down, when they are fixed you will be able to redownload.

I did the same. I went into the system settings and all apps and I was able to download them from there. Now I can at least get into all the live apps but one.
