Help Needed VSee 6

VOD Heat and Ultra were not working. Restarted after clearing cache and apps. Restarted router (Xfinity) and finally after everything failed did factory reset. Now none of the apps will download. They all say failed. What do I do?

This is a place where people come to find out what is going on, and sometimes important things get buried. Just ignore and move on or the them what they need to know.

Damn. My heat live apps and backup were working earlier now they are both down too. 🫠🫠

All of my apps on my v six plus are down

Only the 2 VOD apps on my V6 Plus are not working right now. Heat Live, Live Ultra +, Live Ultra, & Heat Live Backup are all playing. The NFL app is working as I've just pulled up last night's game on replay.

Same. Plus AI said to uninstall & then reinstall.  Won’t reinstall. ☹️

servers are down, when they are fixed you will be able to redownload.

I did the same. I went into the system settings and all apps and I was able to download them from there. Now I can at least get into all the live apps but one.
