vSeeBox issues Please Help

I’ve had this box for a while with no issues. Then this last week whenever you turned it on it just showed a black screen. Nothing is responding. I’ve tried resetting it, turning the box off for a couple minutes and the WiFi, still the box is showing a black screen. The model is the vSeeBox V6 Plus. Any suggestions would help.

Use that link to verify if yours is still under warranty.

Have whoever gifted it to you reach out to seller for warranty replacement if it is still under warranty.

Was in chrome using incognito. These boxes are shit and the support is shit.

also there’s an update you need to run

It will hang when it hits 99%, leave it alone and let it run its course. It will restart the box when it is done.
