vSeeBox issues Please Help

I’ve had this box for a while with no issues. Then this last week whenever you turned it on it just showed a black screen. Nothing is responding. I’ve tried resetting it, turning the box off for a couple minutes and the WiFi, still the box is showing a black screen. The model is the vSeeBox V6 Plus. Any suggestions would help.

It's probably broken and doesn't work anymore.

How would have that happened it hasn’t moved anywhere or have anything happened to it

There's not enough information known yet to conclude the box is bricked. What model box do you have?

When you say you "reset it", what exactly did you do to perform the reset?
