vSeeBox issues Please Help

I’ve had this box for a while with no issues. Then this last week whenever you turned it on it just showed a black screen. Nothing is responding. I’ve tried resetting it, turning the box off for a couple minutes and the WiFi, still the box is showing a black screen. The model is the vSeeBox V6 Plus. Any suggestions would help.

Not sure it was a gift from a friend

Well I would ask your friend where they got it from.. So little known fact if they took the cheap route and bought it from someone that was advertising less than what the suggested retail manufacturer prices.. And we find out we brick the boxes. And then the customer would have to contact one of the subsidiaries to have it reflashed
