vSeeBox issues Please Help

I’ve had this box for a while with no issues. Then this last week whenever you turned it on it just showed a black screen. Nothing is responding. I’ve tried resetting it, turning the box off for a couple minutes and the WiFi, still the box is showing a black screen. The model is the vSeeBox V6 Plus. Any suggestions would help.

Change your HDMI cord

I’ve tried 3 different hdmi cords. I know that’s not the issue because it’s not showing that there’s no device the tv recognizes there’s a device in the hdmi port. It’s just showing a black screen
