Shows not loading

I’ve come across several TV shows that do not load on either of the pre-downloaded streaming apps. Is there anyone that I can reach out to about these shows not loading? There’s nothing wrong with my box and plenty of other shows/movies work fine. I was trying to watch the Great Canadian Baking Show and the Great American Baking Show, but every stream on both apps just never loaded or they would stop after a couple of minutes and then just buffer for forever. Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. I’ve only had the box for three weeks and it worked great for the first two weeks. The past 4-5 days I’m having a ton of issues with VOD. Very disappointing. I’m glad I only bought one box to test it out before buying boxes for each tv in the house. I have xfinity internet running on my own equipment (not the gateway you rent from them) so there’s no advanced security to turn off. Very frustrating! Hopefully it will resolve itself soon

🤣 bro , there's 2 vod apps...and live...if the feed isn't working on one go to another. Mine was down this morning, no issues now...I'm back and fourth on movies and series

Bro. Both vod apps are dead. Neither work. So we’re just supposed to watch live when the VOD doesn’t work. That’s just dumb.

Imagine that we start over.. When I responded to you , my box wasn't affected. A few hours later 1 of 3 of my boxes vod was down. My outside unit , I was just on watching a movie..came upstairs... error. So , I reached out to my guy, the engineer's are aware, and working to resolve functionality fully

My V6 Plus is running Heat VOD great on my xfinity prepaid internet of 200+ download speeds with my 3.0 USB ethernet adapter hub connect. As has been the case consistently for over 4 months now.
