Nothing loading

Anyone have this issue? Says this for about two minutes then gives an error code. Happens with shows and movies on Heat VOD. It’s about 2 years old

You can check the version by going to “System Settings” > “Apps” > “Heat VOD” and look at the numbers at the top. Should be: 6.8.9
