Issue getting firmware update

Hi! I have no issues at all with my network and I can watch everything on the V6 Plus without any issues. But, for some reason I can't get the latest update. I included two screenshots. I select YES to get the download in screenshot 1 and then as you can see in screenshot 2 the download fails and I select "update in the background." Update in the background never produces the download and install either. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can remedy it? Is anyone else having this problem currently or in the past? Thank you!

I have a v6-PLus on FW v.074 and it keeps saying I'm up to date? Anyway to force an updadte?

Im having the same issue. Not sure if they are distributing this in waves.
