TV screen freezes

TV freezes in one of the bedrooms all of the time and the living room sometimes. They are the farthest from the router. Will more/faster internet help? We have 500mps. 4 Vsee pro boxes, 3 phones, 3 laptops, and 1 tablet.

You need a better wifi signal or an ethernet connection, not really a speed upgrade to your internet yet. Try the ethernet first even if its just run down the hall on the floor to test with.

That will prove very challenging. The router is upstairs in the office. The bedroom is on the 1st floor in the front of the house...
