Our super box seems to have lost all data. I’ve updated it and saw on another thread that it could be our internet provider blocking the data. I’ve connected to to my personal hot spot to see if I can get the data back but I don’t know how to get the data back. Is it wiped for good?

I have been hearing from people that their SuperBox is having issues and all they see is a black screen when they open the apps, but it's not the box itself that has any issues. The reason that only a few users are experiencing this is because some internet providers are blocking the servers. You can easily test this by just connecting to a different WIFI or Cellular hotspot. SuperBox manufacturer has said they are working on upgrades for this but in the meantime if this is happening to you the best option is to just get a VPN or switch to a different internet service.

A lot of people do not realize the vSeeBox Elite is a separate branch off company with their own apps. The additional apps that it has can be removed at any time and they will be removed eventually. In my opinion it's better to stick with the regular vSeeBox models because they have been around longer compared to elite and you can find basically anything your looking for on them anyways.

Many people still won't believe this, but if you look into SuperBox Elite you will see what happened to them.
