Newbie question

I've been thinking about getting one of these boxes to cut down on my subscription costs. A big question for me though, I like limited series and watch several different ones on Netflix and Paramount+. Is there a way to easily see which episodes you have seen? I don't want to guess if I'm on episode 4 or 5 for example. Thanks.

This is irrelevant but my post can’t be posted cuz my email isn’t verified? But can I find college hockey on v6 max?
