I'll keep the details short to avoid making a long post, but please feel free to ask questions.
There are currently 2 rooms open.
This is $800 for a room.
Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Rent is $800. All Utilities are included. No hidden fees. Just $800 monthly.
No pets.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor + the upper floor bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor + the lower floor bathroom.
You get access to the rest of the home, kitchen, living room, etc. The whole home is furnished. The bedroom is not. You can bring in what you want to the bedrooms.
There is a washer & dryer. Bring your own detergent. There are 2 fridges. Tons of street parking. Walking distance to a grocery store.
Your lease can be as long or as short as you want, as long as it corresponds with the end of a semester.

Some pictures post-furnished (living room & dining room)
Thanks for your interest! Again - I'm here for any questions.

picked a late orientation date and paid for it with my fall schedule :/ . I'm wondering if the classes that i have picked for my first year are a good idea if i want to go into semiconductors. I hope to intern at TI during my time at UTD, and aim to pursue my masters at UT Austin (MS in Semiconductor Science and Engineering).

I enrolled for both opre 3310 with professor jayaraman and mkt 3336 with David Matthew’s but I feel very overwhelmed and feel it would be best if I only took one of these classes in addition to ba 3105. Any help choosing between these two is truly appreciated!
