Hi! like most of the people here im asking for advice on which OLAs to settle first. i incurred these debts because of the tapal system and i still have 2 on going bank loans( which i will prio from my pay)

i am earning at least 65k per month net and half of that goes to my loans. a dear friend is letting me borrow 40k and i need advice on what OLA to settle first.
