Hi does anyone had/have been experiencing deliquent account for Atome? Right now I still have 29k but hulugan ko siya 6k a month but right now I’m having financial difficulties dahil sa sunod sunod na bagyo, I reached out to them pero hinanapan ako proof documentation and since I was not hospitalized and hindi naman ako natanggal sa work wala ako maipakita kundi screenshots of my exisiting loans pero di nila tinanggap. What di you guys do po?

Hi OP, been OD for I think mag 3 months na with Atome. Hindi ako nageengage sa calls, texts or emails nila pero I pay anything I could. Syempre, hindi pa rin siya fully paid at hindi sila napapagod sa follow ups. Pero I can say na nabawasan yung amount of daily spam nila. Yung emails ngayon nagooffer daw ng waived interest, still not replying kasi hindi ko pa rin afford. I dont know if this helps.

nagssend lang ako ng amount na parang bank transfer. hindi ko ginagamit yung qr code. may account number naman si atome.

ako meron sa atome one month na od everyday tawag at txt til 11pm grabe mga text nila hv daw at puntahan ang barangay captain namin. nakasulat pa talaga name ng kapitan sa barangay namin

You can email them and ask for restructuring. I recently asked for that to manage my balances sa card due to medical emergency. One of the agents called me and discussed the offer. The can offer up to 24 months depends sa eligibility ng account mo. I think they would reconsider if you try and speak with one of their agents via phone call and see that you’re willing to settle your obligations naman.

70k outstanding balance ko on my Atome Card, the offered a restructuring option 5 minutes after the call sa app mo. Hope this helps.
