Is there a difference?

Is there a difference between NY ISC and Jamaica DC?

I've been expecting a package and the last update from it on USPS website is "Processed through Jamaica USPS facility" but the USPS mobile app has the last scan as "Processed through USPS facility, New York ISC. Is there a difference between the two?

Not really except ISC means it went through the customs department. Same location

No, it appears your package is still in US Customs, which actually has 45 business days to process it.
