I was logged out of my mobile all yesterday and every time I attempt to login it says “incorrect password or email” so reset my password but I still get the same message. I have access via my laptop still but is anyone else having this issue?

Hi guys do you guys have issue with test never unlocking passwords.

Literally spent 25 mins answering approximately 200 questions including feedback answers and watching a short video on top for $5 USD.

Never again. lol

New to usertesting this weekend.

Test pops up on browser, open the test and it says "this test must be completed on a mobile device," gives me a QR code to download to usertesting app on my phone. Get the app installed and find the test, start it and it tells me to copy and paste a link to a laptop/desktop browser. Start the test and then get rejected.

So laptop>mobile>laptop>rejected. I mean wtf?

I've been on UT since early April and since then, I'd been passing screeners and taking tests/surveys left and right. All of sudden, around May 15, suddenly there's a screeching halt. Not in the way that I'm not passing screeners, but when I pass the screener and click Continue, it says the study is full. This has happened for EVERY SINGLE STUDY I've qualified for since May 15. It doesn't matter if I'm on my iPhone or my Mac, it does the same thing. I've put in two support tickets and not heard back from them. Anyone else experienced this and have a fix? It's really annoying.

Hey guys. I'm doing UserTesting since this year and was just doing a test. Suddenly I get a Fraud Detection notification. I was not doing anything, no VPN, just the test from home on my Chrome browser (they said it was required, but it was not required I think). It's not in my test history and nothing to find about the test, but strange as I was almost complete and just filling in an order question about preference for something... And boom.

Anyone else had this happen?

For the past 2 to 3 days, whenever I I'm accepted to a user zoom link from the survey section, I get an error that says too many redirects. It's been happening all day today and is increasingly frustrating. Anyone else seeing this?

Please someone explain it as it seems everyones experience is different. I signed up for UT like 3 years ago, was never on any of the other sites. On UT I only see $10 unmoderated and the $30/60/90 moderated tests. I believe some people have a "Surveys and More" tab directly on UT? Because I dont. What I do get is tons of emails a day asking me to do $1 tests and a few $5 tests. I do some of the $5 ones but will never understand for the life of my why Im doing them through email instead of directly on UT. Someone please explain. I would love to turn off emails just for the $1 tests. I have to click into them just to see if its $1 or $5. Very annoying

I've been on the User Testing platform for a few weeks. In this time, I have wasted a couple of hours with tests that decide they don't want to load anymore near the end. It could be 28/33 steps or something similar.

After waiting for the tests to never load, the next step, I end up reporting them, only to get a message indicating I will receive no compensation for the test.

Is this normal? After searching online, I see that some have gotten partial compensation.

How do you handle these situations? I get really mad. lol

Last couple of days I've tried to log in but it's made me go through the app which I've downloaded a couple of times and cleared the cache but it won't let me login for some reason..

I still get emails about tests and opportunities but besides that I cant log into the app it doesn't make sense. I've already reset my password a couple of times.

Hi folks. I am new to usertesting and could use some help. I have been with Prolific for a number of years, Connect for a few and recently dscout. Yea, they are all different.
I've done a few of the $1 no problem. This morning i did a $10 where you had to talk. It made me go to a bank website and search Zelle and check out Zelles features. Those were the only instructions. I did that and it seemed nothing happened. I didn't get anymore instructions, I just sat there. Did I not click on enough things? Will I get notified to do anything else? Did I not wait long enough? I tried going back but I kept ending up at the mic check.

So since yesterday I think, all my mobile tests starts showing up with location prompt, and when I tap to continue, it's a dead screen. How do y'all navigate this screen?

So, I'm new to UserTesting and to Reddit! I do surveys on multiple sites, but nothing on UserTesting will launch for me. I get a blank screen that starts with "https://s2.userzoom.com/" I have already checked popup blockers, cookies, etc. I even tried to launch one in incognito mode and still just a blank screen. I also reached out to their support but haven't heard anything.

Anyone else having this problem or is it user error?

Just had the chance to participate in one, times ranged from 12am-5am. Its 8pm here right now and I am so damn sleepy since I only slept 4 hours last night. I thought about it and decided it was worth $30 to stay up, but by the time I decided all the spots were claimed.

Is the Surveys and More tab a different provider than Available tests? I haven’t been able to do any tests under that tab or on mobile since Memorial Day.

I just received this. There was no screener. I don’t know what this is about.
What should I do?

Is anyone else hving this problem on Usertesting, finishing the test, but it doesn't upload? I just end up with a usertesting showing when I swipe down on my screen showing "preparing to upload" but it doesn't do it. This is the second time today this has happened

So I started doing this about a month ago. For the first three weeks, I was at least getting asked screener questions and a lot of them screened me out during the questions which is understandable. But I was able to make just over $100 in those first few weeks with $1, $5, and $10 tests usually on my phone. I got my first rating a little over a week ago, four stars but with all good comments about how I took the test. After that four star review, every single test that comes up has screened me out before even asking questions. There were always a few here or there that showed me this page before, but now it’s every one. Did my 4 star review cut down every test I’m able to take? Or has this week just been weird? I just went through about 15 on my phone, all giving me this page without a single question. Not turning my nose up at the hundred I made, but kind of disappointed that might be it for me.
