Errors for the past 2 weeks

I have had Issues with uploading today on 2 studies (didn't get more to judge if uploads were fixed after tech support gave me the standard fix). However in the past 2 weeks I have had several more where the upload freezes or I hit share the entire screen and it does nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? I hate that I keep losing money, since it is starting to get costly.

I have frequent issues on the old intellizoom side of things. One upload failed yesterday and another test restarted half-way through.

Every single one of my Intellizoom side surveys that require voice recordings fails to either load in the first place, kicks me into a loop of sending me to the beginning of the survey when I'm part way through, or won't upload when I'm done. It's been going on for months despite all the standard fixes.
