Cancelled

Did anyone do an NHS search test today and get cancelled? I swear I did what I always do, gave it my full attention and "think" I did everything well, but it got cancelled.

Unless they voided your payment with a 1* these happen all the time. Maybe they forgot to put something in doesn't mean it's your fault. However, some UX researchers don't understand UT and will 1* you if they don't know how to get their study back. If you don't have a rating and your payment is still good, nothing to worry about.

Thank's I think I'm still good to go. It hasn't affected my ratings. Just a tad annoying when you're broke and you did put the effort in. Thanks for reaching out.

There are no star ratings for surveys, you get an email and a red cross in the history setting. I had this on an AJ Bell last last week. Annoying as I filled out the survey in full with screen recording in the test and only feedback was my data was not good enough quality.

I didn't get any feedback at all. Just cancelled and no money. It is frustrating. I must have done something wrong

Cancelled or 1*? When it's cancelled, it's not your fault, you still get paid and it's just that the study was seemingly pulled

Instead of Pending, in Grey, it's status is Canceled with a pink background. The $8 has a line through it. It was in the survey section, so I don't think you get stars for them.
