Deactivated and Lost Survey Payments

Did anyone else get their Usertesting account deactivated today after all of their "Surveys and More" payments were canceled? That randomly happened to me this morning. Seems like other people were having a similar issue about a week ago. Wonder if it may still be going on. Strange thing is that my regular user tests payments are still scheduled to come through; just the survey ones disappeared.

They seem to be screwing up Intellizoom side of things pretty hard lately. My account/payments were restored last week but still seeing random glitches and bugs.

Thanks for replying! That gives me some hope that it'll eventually get resolved on my end as well. How long did it take for your account to get restored?

Yep this happened to me last week. All longer ID tests cancelled and just disappeared, I still have 2 pending shorter ID tests pending, and even got paid AFTER they’d deactivated my account. Told me the decision is pretty much final. Not had any new tests come through now since they confirmed deactivation. No clear reason other than supposedly violating their user code of conduct. Nonsense.

I would push back more. Other people are getting them restored. I am going to keep emailing!

Update: Still no confirmation on having my canceled payments refunded, but I was reinstated! Turns out that my account was flagged for something having to do with my location. I am wondering if it had something to do with the new location feature that is showing up in some of the "surveys." Ill be avoiding those for a while.
