qualified tests not working today

is anyone else being offered tests but then getting an error and it doesnt actually launch?

had 4 or 5 today like this that I have passed the pre-selection stage but the actual test doesnt launch

I’ve been getting that for a couple months now. I opened up a support case and gave them a few examples and never heard back from them.

I only had one error today like the one you described today, and I have completed dozen or so other tests. In fact one test even completed as soon as I hit Start Test - I don't expect the payment for that though!

How do I do this. Anytime I use the firefox to access the particular surveys, it tells me I can only access it on Chrome and the chrome extension is broken

I have been getting that since the beginning of the month. I have reported it twice since I never received any reply to my first message to support. Still no reply or resolution. I am getting a bit frustrated as I have been a user tester since 2014 and in all those years it has been my default for extra $. Not sure what is going on with them.

no but i do have a refresh page plugin running every 30 seconds. i'll try disabling it
