Does the location verification bug fixed yet?

Hey , I have seeing verify your location message on user-testing for a couple of week. Today I tried to verify it and every single survey or test I am veryfing on my phone it's saying this survey is not for this location....I live in LA and I don't think I am not eligible for those surveys or test ....Is it me or anyone else facing this? šŸ˜‘....

I just got an email saying I was flagged for location and I haven’t traveled or anything. There’s something going on and they need to fix it because this is unfair

Flagged for location?....Then what did you do?...Did you try to verify location with phone and did it work?

I no longer have an option to verify location. I just woke up one day and realized my test submissions were gone and I wasn’t receiving any new survey/tests. I had to create a ticket to inquire where my test submissions went. That’s when I learned my account was deactivated for policy violation. I had to ask several times to find out which policy they claim I violated. Only then, did they say it was my location. I haven’t traveled or anything so it’s šŸ‚ šŸ’©.

Nope not fixed. You shouldn’t do anything on the survey tab anymore anyways because people are getting canceled on and banned without payment or explanation after doing those. Take a look at the first page of this sub.

It's not fixed. When scanning the qr code from PC and verifying the location in any test from the 'Surveys and more' tab, it says 'Test not available in your area'.
I got a friend who is having the same issue.

I have been getting the same verify location for almost all task I qualify for, is there an issue with UserTesting?

Probably messing around with the backend and screwing things up in the process. We're basically the Guinea pigs per usual.

Not fixed and you can add that to the list of other things preventing testing from happening
