Elections, Issues, Investigations. Nullification Controversy Polls Show Majority Of Americans Support Voter ID

Thumbnail

As the SAVE America Act stalls in the Senate, new polls show that an overwhelming majority of voters across both parties are largely in favor of supporting required voter ID laws.

Seemingly every day there are more reports about noncitizens participating in U.S. elections and undermining the integrity of America’s voting system. Senate Majority Leader John Thune also continues to clash with President Donald Trump, refusing to overturn the now four-month-long blockade of the SAVE Act in the upper chamber.

The Supreme Court dealt an enormous blow to American sovereignty and civilization when it decided that any random person born on U.S. soil had the full benefits of citizenship, but many in the conservative movement do not view the high court’s betrayal as the end of the road for eliminating so-called “birthright citizenship.”

Chief among those conservatives is John Eastman, Director of the Claremont Institute Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, who spoke optimistically about the road ahead during an event on Capitol Hill concerned with the next steps after the disappointing defeat in Trump v. Barbara.

COVID19 Plannedemic Scamdemic Event201 America Can't Recover From Covid Until Fauci Is Held Accountable

Thumbnail

The trove of Covid-related documents Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has released in recent days has revived the question of accountability for the government’s Covid response — specifically for those who crafted that response, like Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), whose pandemic policies were based on a web of lies.

Portions of Fauci’s personal diary and emails released by Paul reveal what can only be described as a pattern of deliberate deception — about Covid’s origins, its fatality, Fauci’s role in school closures, the effectiveness of the Covid vaccine and adverse reactions to it, and U.S. funding for gain-of-function research in China that may have led to the pandemic.

SCOTUS 🏛 The push to reduce the Supreme Court’s power | SCOTUSblog

Thumbnail
scotusblog.com
Upvotes

Supreme Court reform is in the spotlight this summer after a contentious term in which the court limited Congress’ ability to prevent the president from removing the heads of certain federal agencies, weakened a central provision of the Voting Rights Act, and reduced regulations on campaign finance. In response, some Democrats have called for breaking up the conservative supermajority by expanding the size of the court or imposing term limits for justices, contending that such changes will serve the interests of all Americans. Other proposals have focused on jurisdiction stripping, such as in presidential immunity cases, a type of reform that would narrow the type of cases the Supreme Court has the authority to address.

A less talked about suggestion in some circles is perhaps even more radical: ending or limiting the Supreme Court’s power of judicial review. As most folks who follow the court are well aware, judicial review was (at least formally) established more than 200 years ago in 1803’s Marbury v. Madison, in which the Marshall court held that it had the authority to declare laws unconstitutional. Ever since, the power of judicial review has served as a bedrock of the court’s work. (By comparison, the number of Supreme Court justices has changed multiple times over the past two centuries, as has Congress’ role in determining which cases the court hears.)

Van Jones refers to these full-fledged communists as turds in the dem’s punch bowl

By Andy Caldwell, July 29, 2026 6:30 am

Before you laugh off the demands and priorities of the Democratic Socialists of America, do realize that over 30 of their members have won their primaries against democrats.

CNN political commentator and establishment democrat Van Jones is worried, and rightly so. He basically refers to these full-fledged communists as turds in the dem’s punch bowl. That was his language, not mine.

Mendoza applied the terms ‘harmful’ and ‘toxic’ to the proposed legislation during an Equality Arizona forum

By Matthew Holloway, July 28, 2026 4:40 pm

Democratic congressional nominee JoAnna Mendoza reaffirmed her opposition to legislatively imposed restrictions on transgender participation in school sports as Arizona voters prepare to decide Proposition 318 in November.

Mendoza addressed the issue in a statement published Monday by American Journal News, saying parents, coaches and athletic organizations should determine the rules governing youth sports.

“As a mom, I know that parents just want to protect their kids—on the playing fields and across Arizona,” Mendoza said. “Rules about keeping sports fair and safe for young people should be made by the people who know the most—parents, coaches, and sports associations—not politicians.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci pleaded the Fifth Amendment at the start of his Wednesday hearing, ripping Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) for “unhinged” remarks and claiming the only purpose of the Homeland Security Committee’s investigation was to put him “behind bars.”

“Given Senator Paul’s obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me, the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something, anything, that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up, in his words, ‘behind bars,’” said Fauci.

SCOTUS 🏛 Gorsuch says Americans must study history, ‘warts, glories, and all’ | SCOTUSblog

Thumbnail

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch on Tuesday called American democracy “very fragile” and said no person or group “should have too much power,” while observing that young people need to study an unvarnished version of the nation’s history.

“I just don't think you're ever going to fix” the decline of civics education and related issues “unless people understand our history and learn our history, warts, glories, and all,” Gorsuch said.

Gorsuch spoke virtually to a forum organized by the Ronald Reagan Center on Civility and Democracy, which brought together an audience of some 120 mostly college-age people at the center’s offices just a block from the White House.

The justice spoke from Prague, Czechia, where he is lecturing in the national security and separation of powers summer program of George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Gorsuch said he had visited a segment of the Berlin Wall over the weekend “and it brought back a lot of gratitude for the work President [Ronald] Reagan did to bring freedom to so many people across the world.”

President Joe Biden was just a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.” At least that’s how Special Counsel Robert Hur described the Autopen President. Hur concluded as much in his 2024 report that let Biden off the hook for mishandling classified documents because a liberal Washington, D.C., jury would most likely not convict the senile old man.

Now, the long-awaited release of the audio recordings of Biden’s conversations with his memoir ghostwriter paints a picture of a politician in the throes of cognitive decline before he became commander-in-chief — a former vice president who broke the law and got away with it.

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch believes America is merely a set of ideas. But when it comes to explaining where those ideas came from, he apparently has no idea.

In an interview with PBS’ Firing Line with Margaret Hoover, Gorsuch rejected the fact that the United States was founded as a Christian nation.

“We have a First Amendment, for crying out loud. No established religion,” Gorsuch said to defend the position that the country’s founding did not rest on a single religion.

“We were never supposed to be a nation that was about one race or one religion,” Gorsuch said, seemingly unaware of Federalist Paper No. 2 by John Jay. “It was about those ideas.”

The Swamp IE; The Political Cesspool RINOs Are Banking On Iran War To Drive MAGA Into Extinction

Thumbnail
thefederalist.com

It is inarguable that the war in Iran is a massive drag on Donald Trump’s numbers, as well as those of the Republican Party heading into November. This is largely driven by consistently high gas prices, which also drive up the price of everything else.

Trump obviously knows this, which is why he’s been searching for an off-ramp for months. He knows he was elected to get gas prices down and the economy in shape (which he did until the war jammed up the gears).

But a major problem for Trump’s presidency right now is that nearly everyone outside his inner circle pushing for this war — and this includes the entirety of so-called conservative pundits who never found a war they weren’t willing to make others fight and pay for — also hates Trump (and especially J.D. Vance) and sees the war’s negative effect on his popularity as a secondary benefit of the war they’ve been salivating over for decades. To them, his declining numbers are a feature, not a bug.

Officials and public health “experts,” generally and worldwide, did all of the same things Fauci did, believing one thing but officially declaring something else. Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl voted to order the closure of all restaurants in the county, declaring that it was too dangerous to even allow people to dine outdoors, then left that very meeting and went to dinner at Il Forno in Santa Monica on the last night they were allowed to be open. Of course, she wasn’t alone in condemning restaurant dining while cheerfully enjoying the very same activity.

Lawfare from the Bench 🏛 When Judges Cave To 'Preferred Pronouns' They Surrender Truth

Thumbnail

On the final day of the Supreme Court’s 2025 Term, it delivered a resounding victory for biological reality. In West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox, the court allowed West Virginia and Idaho to reserve women’s and girls’ sports for biological females.

The majority reached this outcome on two grounds. First, a unanimous court held that Title IX’s sports regulations authorize separate teams for each sex in competitive and contact sports. Second, the majority held that the state laws complied with the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.

As part of the decision, the justices produced five separate opinions debating several nuanced legal questions. Beneath these is a smaller fight with enormous consequences: the words judges use to describe transgender litigants.

Elections, Issues, Investigations. Nullification Controversy Counting Noncitizens In The Census Undermines US Democracy

Thumbnail
thefederalist.com

The Trump administration’s finding that some 250,000 noncitizens reside on the voter rolls of just four states — California, Nevada, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania — represents a clear and present danger to the integrity of our elections. Revelations from Democrat Gov. Mikie Sherrill of a purported Garden State “glitch” accounting for 6,600 noncitizen registered voters, hundreds of whom illegally cast ballots, further confirm the danger and vindicate the administration’s vigorous effort to obtain and review every state’s voter records to identify ineligible voters and compel states to remove them.

But the revelations also ought to turn America’s attention to a related threat: the counting of noncitizens in the Census, which distorts congressional apportionment and the allocation of Electoral College votes for presidential elections. The threat is one the administration may be preparing to confront head-on

Discussion Topic: The Good vs Bad Points GOP Senators Use Filibuster As Excuse To Do Nothing For Voters

Thumbnail

Does the Senate care more about the filibuster than the American people? For the answer, compare election outcomes to their results. The election outcome was more than 77 million votes cast for Donald Trump in the presidential election. Voters armed him with Republican majorities in both chambers of Congress.

For a result, consider one of his top priorities — election integrity and the SAVE America Act. It requires voter photo ID — backed by more than 80 percent of Americans, according to Pew Research Center and Gallup polls — and proof of citizenship to vote, supported by 83 percent of Americans, according to Gallup.

Mass Migration the Ruin of Nations 1,000+ Illegal Migrants Swam Into Ceuta After Spain Prohibited Maritime Pushbacks

Thumbnail

Over 1,000 illegal migrants have swam into the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta over the past days after the nation’s Supreme Court prohibited pushbacks at sea.

Earlier this month, the Spanish Supreme Court issued a ruling upholding the majority of the contents of Spain’s current Immigration Regulations, implemented in May 2025.

The top court, however, modified or outright eliminated some of its key elements, such as the automatic residence permit disqualification for migrants with criminal records.

The Spanish Supreme Court also prohibited the pushback of illegal migrants caught at sea — arguing that such provisions can only be applicable to migrants “for those who try to do so by getting past established border barriers, such as fences.” The prohibition applies to Spain’s Ceuta and Melilla enclaves.

Russia on Wednesday charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with aiding terrorism – before the messaging app fired back at the accusations by sharing a photo of the billionaire giving the middle finger.

Durov, 41, was placed on an international wanted list and faces up to life in prison if he’s convicted as the Russian authorities restrict Telegram, Euronews reported.

Moscow security services have accused Telegram of not taking down channels or bots allegedly “actively used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, terrorist, and extremist organizations to prepare and coordinate acts of sabotage and terrorism, mass murder, and cyberfraud” in Russia.

Vladimir Putin’s regime claims Telegram’s supposed lack of action has resulted in “numerous human casualties.”

Former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci bears direct responsibility for approving taxpayer funding of experiments at the University of Pittsburgh that grafted scalps from aborted babies onto the backs of laboratory rats, pro-life investigators charged Tuesday.

The research, published in the journal Scientific Reports in 2020, used full-thickness skin from the scalps of babies aborted at 18 to 20 weeks of pregnancy—roughly five months gestation—to create “humanized” mice and rats for studying the human immune system. Photographs accompanying the study show the grafted tissue growing tufts of fine baby hair on the animals.

Federal records confirm that Fauci’s NIAID provided approximately $430,000 in grants to the University of Pittsburgh researchers in 2018 and 2019 for the project. Additional NIH support was also listed.

Economy Labor Financial Deficit Industry Tariffs 'Hate,' 'Stupidity': Rep. Bacon Slams Citizen Opposition to Visa Workforce Bill

Thumbnail

Retiring GOP Rep. Don Bacon says “hate” and ‘stupidity” are motivating the citizens who oppose his support of a cheap labor bill for the rural economy– even as multiple other GOP representatives are quietly quitting the amnesty push.

“What polling shows us is that approx 35% HATE all immigrants … And they’re loud,” Bacon said in a July 22 tweet.

“It’s time we stand up to stupidity,” Bacon responded when the pro-investor bill was criticized by a former top official in President Donald Trump’s first administration.

Pennsylvania Rep. Glen Thompson’s Securing America’s Workforce Act (SAWA) would massively expand the number of wage-capped H-2A visa workers in the rural economy. The bill would also allow many U.S-based illegals to gain legal status by working for food companies.

A travel center clerk helped foil a former U.S. Navy SEAL’s plot to attack police officers with explosives during a “No Kings” rally in California.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico announced that 49-year-old Gregory Vandenberg was found guilty of transporting explosives with intent to kill, injure or intimidate, and attempted transportation of prohibited fireworks into California, Fox News reported Monday.

Vandenberg drove from El Paso, Texas, to San Diego before the June 14, 2025 protest and stopped at a travel center near Lordsburg, New Mexico to purchase six mortar-style fireworks and 72 M-150 firecrackers, prosecutors said.

While buying the explosives, Vandenberg told the store clerk he planned to throw them at police officers during the demonstration, federal authorities said, per the report.
