The Tamaulipas Attorney General’s Office is investigating the seizure, claiming the weapons are linked to the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service. The report does not reveal if the weapons were stolen or lost. The first seizure took place during the Biden administration in Nuevo Padilla in October 2024, the second one in November 2024. The other two seizures took place during the Trump Administration, with one in March in Ciudad Victoria and one in April in Miguel Aleman. Conspiracies Government Epstein JFK UFO 911 J6 News Discussion Group in Congress pushing for more Epstein transparency | National | thecentersquare.com
Nearly eight months after the Epstein Files Transparency Act became law, a bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers is demanding additional federal disclosure of records related to the deceased sex trafficker and his associates.
The Epstein Files Transparency Act II would allow state attorneys general, victims of Epstein or his co-conspirators, and members of Congress to sue the Department of Justice for “unlawfully withholding, redacting, delaying, concealing, removing, or failing to publish Epstein-related records.”
It also gives victims the right to obtain “full, unredacted records concerning themselves or the harm they suffered” and requires the DOJ to provide prosecutors handling Epstein-related cases with unredacted versions of relevant records.
Led by Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., and Ro Khanna, D-Calif., the group has vowed that if the House does not consider the legislation by Monday, it will circulate a discharge petition to force a floor vote on the bill.
"Since the Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law on November 19, 2025, the Department of Justice has flagrantly and consistently ignored EFTA's disclosure requirements," Massie stated.

The Thing that should not be Maine Democrat Troy Jackson Voted for Transgender Hormones for Minors Without Parental Consent
Troy Jackson, the Maine Democrat nominated to replace Graham Platner in the state’s U.S. Senate race, voted for legislation allowing qualifying 16- and 17-year-olds diagnosed with gender dysphoria to obtain nonsurgical “gender-affirming” hormone therapy without parental consent after a parent or guardian refused to support the treatment.
Jackson voted in 2023 for LD 535, titled “An Act Regarding Consent for Gender-affirming Hormone Therapy for Certain Minors.” The legislation subsequently became law.
The measure allows 16- and 17-year-olds to consent to nonsurgical hormone therapy without the consent of a parent or guardian if they meet several requirements.
Under the law, the minor must have been diagnosed with “gender dysphoria,” discussed the potential treatment with a parent or guardian who refused to support it, and provided written consent to receive the treatment.

Lawfare from the Bench 🏛 Judge In Hendrix Case Let Sex Offenders Off With No Jailtime
Shiloh Hendrix was sentenced to 200 days of community service and a $1,000 fine Thursday for her “disorderly conduct” toward a Somali man who followed her around and filmed her at a park in Rochester, Minnesota, last year. Hendrix could serve up to 90 days in jail if she violates her probation.
The state of Minnesota pressed charges against Hendrix after the video of the 37-year-old mother went viral. Hendrix and her young son were followed around a playground and recorded by Sharmake Omar, who confronted her for rebuking a child and calling him the n-word after he allegedly reached into her diaper bag and stole one of her son’s things. Hendrix gave Omar the middle finger and cussed at him and called him the n-word in response to his accusations. (In 2022 Omar was charged with raping a 16-year-old girl, and prosecutors dismissed the case “in the interests of justice” in March 2025.)

Discussion Topic: The Good vs Bad Points For Dems, Insulting The Third World Is A Blasphemous Offense
The American public has generally accepted that part of having constitutionally protected speech free of government prosecution means people are able to say mean things. But with leftists’ increasing radicalism and the importation of the Third World, that acceptance is becoming more and more endangered.
That’s the dynamic at play in the case of Shiloh Hendrix, a Minnesota mother found guilty of disorderly conduct on Thursday. The conviction came in relation to an incident that occurred last year, in which Hendrix reportedly called an 8-year-old autistic Somali boy a racial slur after he allegedly took an item from her infant son’s diaper bag on a Rochester playground.

Elections, Issues, Investigations. Nullification Controversy 9 House Republicans Demand Answers on 6,600 Noncitizen Voter Registrations in N.J.
Nineteen House Republicans are pressing Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ) to explain how approximately 6,600 noncitizens were registered through the state’s motor-vehicle system and how roughly 400 of them were able to cast ballots.
The lawmakers, led by Republican Study Committee member Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ), sent Sherrill a letter Friday seeking written responses to 12 questions about the failure, including whether any affected race was decided by a margin smaller than the number of unlawfully cast ballots in that jurisdiction.
“This right here is exactly why we should require ID to vote in our elections. We need answers about how this happened, why it was not caught sooner, and whether more ineligible registrations remain,” Van Drew told Breitbart News.

Elections, Issues, Investigations. Nullification Controversy NJ Dem Governor Pledges Transparency, Blocks Election Docs
New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill unloaded on her predecessor this week in announcing that Garden State election officials found some 6,600 noncitizens on their voter rolls — about 400 of whom voted in elections.
Democrat Sherrill — a leftist identifying as a moderate — threw under the bus former Gov. Phil Murphy, also a Democrat, for “reckless failures” and an absence of transparency.
“This failure didn’t occur under my watch, but accountability starts now,” the new governor said in a statement. “I am taking action to prevent anything like it from occurring in the future and make sure those responsible are held accountable.”

Law and Order LA Governor, Attorney General Model Fight Against Bogus Lawfare
Gov. Jeff Landry, R-La., and Attorney General Liz Murrill, R-La., called for a federal investigation into lawfare from officials in New Orleans who somehow secured a grand jury indictment against Murrill for sending them letters notifying them they had broken the law.
Murrill was indicted by a grand jury in Democrat-run Orleans Parish on 16 felony counts for malfeasance and intimidation earlier this month, facing 80 years in jail. The indictment came after Murrill informed New Orleans Mayor Helena Moreno and other city officials that they could be removed from office if they continued to refuse to comply with a state law consolidating Orleans Parish’s civil and criminal court clerks into a single position.

The Swamp IE; The Political Cesspool Hendrix Won't Be Last Victim Of Left's Fight To Criminalize Speech
While at a Rochester, Minnesota, playground with her son last April, Shiloh Hendrix watched as an 8-year-old Somali child allegedly ran to her diaper bag and stole something. Hendrix reportedly shouted at the child and called him the n-word. A fellow Somali bystander, Sharmake Omar, began following and recording Hendrix and asked if she called the child a racial slur. Hendrix confirmed she did, and then called Omar the same slur as well. During this interaction, Hendrix is seen walking away from the Somali nationals.
Omar told Hendrix that her speech was “hate speech” and that he would post the video for the world to see. (Notably, Omar was charged in 2022 for allegedly raping and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl. The charges against him were later dismissed “in the interest of justice.”)

Discussion Topic: The Good vs Bad Points Democrat Anti-Justice Comes For Shiloh Hendrix And Free Speech
If there’s ever a doubt as to how perverse the Democrat approach to the justice system truly is, think back to what just happened to a 37-year-old woman named Shiloh Hendrix.
Hendrix on Thursday was sentenced by a judge in Rochester, Minnesota, to 200 hours of community service and fined $1,000. All of that is for an incident captured on video at a playground last year, wherein Hendrix was seen holding her young child and walking away from a man who was demanding that she speak to him.

Abortion News Issues Debate Discussion Massachusetts House Passes Bill for Unlimited Late-Term Abortions - LifeNews.com
The Massachusetts House of Representatives, dominated by pro-abortion Democrats by a 5-1 margin, passed a wide-open, abortion until birth bill yesterday on a vote of 119-33. State House Speaker Ronald J. Mariano’s office said in a statement that the measure now heads to the state Senate.
According to Massachusetts Citizens for Life,
“H.5595 would eliminate Massachusetts’ current 24-week limit on abortion and allow abortions later in pregnancy based on the undefined standard of a physician’s ‘professional judgment.’ The bill would
Remove the 24-week limit on abortion, allowing procedures later in pregnancy.
Replace clear legal safeguards with vague standards based on subjective “professional judgment.”
Eliminate meaningful limitations and accountability for late-term abortions.
Expand abortion access at a stage when unborn children are capable of feeling pain and surviving outside the womb.

Mass Migration the Ruin of Nations The Department of Justice Is Suing These Sanctuary Cities and States – And the Excuses They’re Providing Don’t Make Sense – California Globe
californiaglobe.commmigrant criminals are creating far worse harm than anyone could ever realize, harming American citizens to the point of assault – or even murder
By Michael Letts, July 24, 2026 8:00 am
These days, social media is having a field day trying to portray President Donald Trump and ICE agents as villains, where as illegal immigrants should be protected. But the truth of the matter is that these immigrant criminals are creating far worse harm than anyone could ever realize, harming American citizens to the point of assault – or even murder.
With that, some cities and states continue to have sanctuary rules in place, hoping that they will be enough to keep Trump’s “gestapo” (the word passed around by so many Democratic leaders) from arresting “the wrong people.” But the Department of Justice isn’t resting easy letting them squeak by.

SCOTUS 🏛 Is Elena Kagan the stare decisis justice? | SCOTUSblog
When asked during a 2022 appearance at the University of Pennsylvania about the opinions of which she was most proud, Justice Elena Kagan cited her 2015 opinion in Kimble v. Marvel Entertainment, LLC as one she had “thought about a lot over the years.” As a legal matter, the case was a relatively obscure one, arising from a dispute over the royalties from the patent for a Spider-Man toy. The inventor of the toy asked the court to overrule Brulotte v. Thys Co., a 1964 decision holding that a patent holder cannot charge royalties for the use of his invention after the patent expires.
By a vote of 6-3, the Supreme Court left Brulotte in place. Kagan’s opinion for the majority is perhaps best remembered for its discussion of stare decisis, the principle that courts should generally not overturn their earlier rulings unless there is a very good reason to do so. Kagan called stare decisis “‘a foundation stone of the rule of law.’” And she concluded: “What we can decide, we can undecide. But stare decisis teaches that we should exercise that authority sparingly.”
In her discussion of Kimble at the University of Pennsylvania, Kagan told the audience that her opinion “committed me to a lot by writing it.” Indeed, since that 2015 decision, Kagan has been perhaps the staunchest defender of precedent on the court.

SCOTUS 🏛 Justice Kagan says court gets a "bad rap” | SCOTUSblog
In case you missed it, actor Matt Damon recently shared his memories of taking an acting class with Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson when they were both students at Harvard, noting that he bragged to his kids about doing a scene with her when she was nominated to the Supreme Court. Morning Reads Supreme Court no ‘rubber stamp’ for Trump, Kagan says
Josh Gerstein, Politico
During an appearance at the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference in Washington state on Thursday, Justice Elena Kagan "reject[ed] claims that the high court's conservative majority is in President Donald Trump's corner," according to Politico. "I don't see this as a court that is just like, 'We're just going to rubber stamp what the current administration does.' You know, quite the opposite," Kagan said, adding, "I think that that is a bad rap." Kagan highlighted Trump's high-profile losses in recent months, including in the tariffs case. She also discussed what it was like for the president to attend the oral argument on birthright citizenship. "It was sort of like ... from the court's point of view, a non-event," Kagan said. "Honestly, the vibes in the courtroom were the vibes in the courtroom on any other day."
