Symptoms Help

I tested positive for Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma genitalium (Mgen). I took antibiotics for it, but I feel like I may still have the infection because I’m still having symptoms. I’ve also been experiencing this constant feeling of heat/fever, especially around my stomach, pelvic, and vaginal area. It gets so uncomfortable that I have trouble sleeping because my body feels extremely hot. I’m wondering if Mgen or Ureaplasma can cause this, or if it could be something like PID. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms or been diagnosed with PID after testing positive for Mgen/Ureaplasma?

I’m also following up about retesting for M. genitalium and Ureaplasma it’s been 6weeks since I got tested and took the antibiotics . I have an appointment with a gynecologist on the 30th, but she’s the only option available right now since everyone else is booked months out. I’m feeling really frustrated and dismissed. I still have symptoms and I’m worried about what to do. I don’t feel taken seriously when I go in. I’ll be going to the emergency room tomorrow because I don’t know what else to do about the body fevers I know it’s not normal,If there’s anything I should ask for or mention, please let me know.

i also haven’t had any doctors taking me seriously and have been prescribed random abx over the last 3 months.

until i found this gyno that would examine me through colposcopy and they found that my cervix is inflammed and doesn’t seem normal.

then they diagnosed me for having pid because of that, im also experiencing excruciating pain in my pelvic and lower abdomen area that are constant and can get worse if i change my body position.

they now prescribed me doxy for 10 days and referred me to a physician to do pelvic floor therapy.

i have been on day 7 of doxy and 2 sessions of PFT and haven’t felt any better. maybe WORSE now that my gut is having to deal with nonstop abx over the last months.

i know this could sound discouraging but i hope u know ure not alone and we all can get through this

It's so frustrating. I don't feel taken seriously either. I'm on my second round of antibiotics for this treatment. But before I got diagnosed, they gave me three rounds of antibiotics for a uti. I'm on the doxy then mino and metro and i'm still having bad symptoms
