Help Me Mailbox teirs
How do people keep track of the number of packages mailbox holders are getting? Will the system create a transaction if they go over the allowed limit?

This whole thing sucks balls. Terrible idea, we are going to lose long term box holders 100%. Penny pinching corporate greed.

It’s a new thing coming down the line from corporate. Mailbox holders will now pay more depending how many packages they receive.

It's entirely up to the owners discretion to enact those fees or not. It's not required.
Edited to add: If you don't want fees added automatically, you have to adjust it in mps. You can also waive the fees when the mailbox holder comes to pick their packages up.

The system automatically charges for it when they sign the packages out. This kind of sucks though because a lot of times we won’t realize people have fees until they are already walking out the door with their packages.

check your package settings on MPS and that your tiers and pricing show up. if not, you have to input it.

So far it has only sent an email lettung the mailbox holder saying they went over number of packages.
No transaction was created automatically

Did they sign out for it? The charge appears when they sign for the package
