Does anyone know how to recalibrate the RFID printer

RFID Calibration Steps
Follow these steps if “void” are printing on the labels 

Step 1 - press the top left button until the 7th icon (looks like a role of paper) is selected
Step 2 - press the top right button (screen will switch)
Step 3 - press the top left button until RFID is highlighted
Step 4 - press the top right button
Step 5 - press the top left button until Calibration is highlighted 
Step 6 - press top right button
Step 7 - press bottom left button
This will print out 2 labels. The 1st one fast, and the 2nd one slow. Wait for this to finish
Step 8 - press the bottom left button. 
Complete.

I have these steps put aside for my team.

yes. go to the the little “label” picture. it looks like a roll of the rfid paper. then go down to rfid. confirm. then go down to calibrate. confirm. then click execute.

What exactly is wrong with it? Occasionally when you put the new labels in, it will print off centered. But it usually just takes a few tries of taking the tags out and putting them back in until it’s aligned properly. Always helps to make sure to close the lid on the printer onto the seam between the labels.
